How to use on your body: in your bath water. Add 1-2 cup to bath water while filling. Sit 15-30 minutes. Sit a minimum of 15 minutes. Add 2-3 cups to a hot tub. If no bath tub is available and you have to stand add a half cup to a basin. Let dissolve while filling. Stand for 3 minutes and wash your whole body including your face and hair if you choose. This product and can be used everyday. Use at least three times a week for results. You can shower and rinse after your bath. But it’s not necessary. You can add your favorite bar of soap to the mix or hydrogen peroxide.

How to use in your home to remove negative energy and create a harmonious effect. 
*In all four corners of your room put two table spoon of salt in a tiny glass bowl, tiny plastic cup or flat on the floor. After 12-48 hours remove the salt all at one time. Put it in its separate bag and throw it outside the house. Do not leave it in your house take it directly out the house preferably the day before trash pick up.
*You can add a one cup to one bucket of mop water and mop your floors. If the water gets really dirty. Throw the water out and add another half cup to clean bucket water. Floor water down the toilet. Do not leave water to sit and clean out your mop. 
* To bless your home. Mop your floors with purifying sea salt water. Start from the front door. Walk from room to room sprinkling salt everywhere. Let sit for minimum 10 hrs, medium 14hrs, maximum 24hrs.  Preferably sweep it up and immediately. You can also vacuum it up but dispose of the salt immediately from the vacuum and take it outside the house in to the trash.
